Our Role: The Operational Fiduciary
GPS serves as the Pooled Plan Provider and operational fiduciary, taking responsibility for the administrative and compliance functions that create the greatest risk for employers. We:
- Oversee service providers and maintain clear lines of accountability
- Manage required filings, notices, testing coordination, and compliance oversight
- Provide the documented processes employers need to meet fiduciary obligations
This dual-line model—advisor for investments, GPS for operations—gives employers the complete fiduciary support they’ve been asking for.
